FAQS
Is this class suitable for beginners?
Yes! Each move is broken down so that it is accessible for folks of all ages, shapes, sizes, and dance experience. For more advanced participants, additional levels and layers of movements can be added for more of a challenge!
What type of clothing should I wear?
Form fitting clothes is best for posture assessment, however, if you choose to wear baggy clothes, using a Belt or scarf on your hips assist in the process. Also, make sure your feet are able to be seen as foot placement is key to proper alignment and movement execution.
What type of shoe should I wear?
The majority of the dance styles included are traditionally done barefoot, however, you are welcome to wear flat dance shoes or exercise shoes that you're comfortable in. Please note that weight distribution in the feet is an important detail so barefoot is ideal, but not necessary.
